TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A deposit of 40% of the total rate for the duration of the safari is required to secure a booking.

• Deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation of the hunt, unless death or unforeseen circumstances.

• All payments are to be made either in cash or by means of traveller's cheque, after completion of hunt.

• Trophy fees are to be made payable on animals killed or wounded and must be paid prior to departure from the hunting camp.

• we accept no liability to client for any personal injuries to themselves.
