I was born into a family who just love the outdoors, we were always on a fishing or hunting trip or even just camping. Although I was born in South Africa at the age of three my parents moved to Zimbabwe, at that stage it was still called Rhodesia, it was here where we were taught to love and respect nature, the ethics of hunting, the art of shooting, fishing and bird hunting. My Father always believed that the killing of an animal was the cherry on the cake, everything you saw and experienced before you got to pull the trigger is what hunting is all about. What you shoot you must be prepared to eat, a shotgun is used to shoot bird's in flight not on the ground, don't waste throw back the fish you can't consume etc

I was about seven years old when I hunted my first steenbuck with the .22, I also killed my first Egiptian goose with .410 shotgun. We lived in Zimbabwe for ten fun and exciting years, then my family moved back to South Africa, starting in Kwazulu Natal. The wing shooting, hunting and fishing never stopped. From Kwazulu Natal we moved to Standerton, (Mapumalanga Province) and then to Lephalale (Ellisras) in the Limpopo Province.

This is where I completed my final year of school,(1985) qualified as an electrician and later as a refrigeration technician. It was also ten years ago that I became a professional hunter and started hunting freelance for various hunting outfitters. I also spent three years working at a school training professional hunters.

 Now I am running my own hunting outfit, living out my love and passion for nature only to ensure your time with me will be an experience you will never forget!
